Biography
Raised in the United States and the United Kingdom during childhood, she began singing rock, pop, house, and funk at 15, then left her corporate job at the end of 2015 to study jazz.
Starting in March 2016 she began performing live shows centered on jazz, and now appears regularly at jazz bars, restaurants, hotels, and events.
2018: Won the Gold Prize in the Vocal Division of the 38th Asakusa Jazz Contest. 2019: Took the Runner-Up Prize at the 7th Okazaki Jazz Vocal Contest. Summer 2019: Attended Berklee College of Music’s five-week summer program.
Driven by a passion to make live music and jazz a familiar, everyday presence in Japan, she strives to become the spark that draws people in.
Her mission is to send audiences home in high spirits, and she is praised for her clear song introductions and expressive singing.
Certified as an English Pronunciation Instructor®.
Released her debut album “Ripple” on November 24, 2021.
